I really like the process of someone coming in, feeling like they don’t know what they’re doing, and by the end of the meeting they can find resources or be on the path to finding success for themselves. How did you decide your major/career path? I knew that I wanted to be in the realm of policy or environmental justice and didn’t know what opportunities were out there until I networked more and found out my passions could actually be a job. What is the best career advice you’ve ever received? Just because you pick one specific career avenue, it doesn’t close you off to other opportunities. What’s a career resource at SuccessWorks that you wish you learned about sooner? The big interview tool because I get super nervous during interviews and talk a mile a minute. Being able to record and watch myself helps me recognize when I’m doing it.
