The SuccessWorks Job Shadow Program helps connect students with employers for the opportunity to experience a “day in the life” of a particular job for one full or half-day during winter break (January 6 – 17, 2025). This program is in its fourth year, and 75 students participated in job shadows in 2024.

“My job shadow lasted one day, but I did a lot. I was able to float through departments, sit in on sales calls, and update music profiles. I had a great day, where I was able to really learn what I liked about the work.”
