Maximize your brand exposure with UW-Madison students from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. This event is specifically designed to provide career opportunities across a variety of industries for student job seekers who may face additional challenges in navigating their professional paths, including first generation students, students with high financial need, and more. The Inclusive Community Career & Internship Fair is open to students of all majors, with interest in every industry, making it a perfect opportunity to make meaningful connections with students. 

Fair attendance is a requirement for all students at the Empowering You Career Conference, a focused career development event helping students in UW-Madison’s Center for Academic Excellence. Empowering You provides interactive workshops led by campus, community and industry leaders for first-generation and low-income students, students from rural backgrounds, and students with documented disabilities.

Sponsorship benefits include:

  • Speaking opportunity on an employer panel session for students at the conference
  • Opportunity to lead a conference workshop on a career preparation topic of your choice (e.g., resume tips, workplace skills, or preparing for future careers)
  • Prime high-traffic table location at the fair with electrical provided
  • Two tables for the fair, with space for up to four employer representatives

Sponsors receive far-reaching exposure with brand/logo recognition in:

  • All promotional and event materials
  • Signage throughout the fair spaces
  • Promotional emails sent to targeted student populations
  • Follow-up email to all attending students
  • Online event listings (225,000+ web visits/year)
