Inclusion in the Workplace: Connecting with Employee Resource Groups

Identity is something to be proud of in your work, and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) bring together employees of shared identities for support, development, and community. Join us for this informal panel/small group discussion to learn how ERGs are an active place of engagement and forging company culture. Come meet and chat with employees from Zendesk and American Family who are actively involved in these groups and learn how you can utilize them for your future employment and individual job search.
