Emerging Business & Technology Student-Employer Connector

Are you interested in learning about emerging careers in the business and tech industries in a laid-back, informal, and low-pressure networking space? Come for a panel discussion and informal networking with exciting employers, including Zywave, Deloitte, Bunker, Zendesk, Echo Global Logistics, InfoSec, Oracle, Paradigm, Epic, Chubb, US Bank, Mandli Communications, and more! All majors are welcome, and refreshments will be provided.
Agenda:
4:30-5:00pm – Resource Table and pre-event overview with career center staff (this portion is not mandatory to attend).
5:00-5:30pm – Panel Discussion with industry experts to forecast emerging trends, skill development, and opportunities for all majors.
5:30-6:00 pm – Speed Networking with your industry track (business or tech).
6:10-7:00pm – Informal Networking (talk to companies outside of your industry track, talk to more within your track, or circle back to companies you liked).
*Can’t stay for the whole time? That’s fine too. Navigate the event as you best see fit for yourself.
*Full list of companies, reps name/job title will be provided the day of the event at the resource table.
*Business casual recommended or come as you are! Dress for your day. We know you are busy and welcome students to attend the event as you see fit and as comfortable as you’d like to be.
